Obtain a relevant Medical History and Physical Examination considering the patient's clinical situation

 

Formulate and prioritize a plausible differential diagnosis for common conditions and recommend and defend evidence-based investigations to discriminate between diagnoses, taking into consideration patient preferences

 

Use clinical information to defend a plausible reasoning argument and formulate an appropriate management and treatment plan for common conditions, taking into consideration the patient’s/family’s cultural context, preferences, identities, goals of care, ethics, and values

 

Document, organize, and present accurate, relevant information within the appropriate patient and healthcare context
